Security desposit
Check in and out times
Check-in is from 5 pm and check-out before 10am.
Payments
An initial payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking and the balance is due 2 months before your arrival.
If you are booking within 2 months before your arrival then the full payment is required at the time of booking.
We ask for a refundable security deposit of €750 for La Maison Rose and €250 for La Maison Verte. Your security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure, unless there is any major damage to the property.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel we will try our best to re-let the property, and if successful we will refund your payment in full less any expense or loss incurred by us. We recommend you take out travel insurance.
